Mold magazine is a fictional publication that focuses on the technological aspect of food. A new issue is released every two months, with a total of 6 issues per year. Different articles and interviews are featured as well as book reviews and reader’s opinions. The issue presented here focuses on our relationship with food and how technology is changing it. It comes with a detachable pair of 3D glasses to use specifically for the 3D printed food article. MOLD is for food and art lovers, tech curiousers and knowledge seekers.
